Taylor Made for You is delighted that you have chosen us for your gift giving needs. We want to make your gift shopping as easy as possible. We offer local delivery and shipping options for any gift you order from us.

Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped or delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed for the next business day after that. (For example, an order placed on Monday at 2:30 pm will be delivered or shipped on Tuesday. An order placed at 4:15pm on Monday will be delivered or shipped on Wednesday.) Local area Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge if order is placed before 2PM on Friday, please call for a price quote.

Local delivery and shipping
Local delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the gift cost.

Standard shipping will be UPS ground within the continental USA. Shipping charges are calculated on the total cost of the order per shipping address. Please use the following charges to determine your shipping costs:

$1.00 - $50.00 = $10.00 shipping
$50.01 - $75.00 = $12.50 shipping
$75.01 - $100.00 = $15.00 shipping
$100.00+ = Shipping is quoted at time of order

UPS SHIPMENTS: We strive to ship/deliver our orders w/in 24 hours of receipt, provided that full payment has been received and verified. During holiday rush times, and for multiple basket orders, additional time may be required for shipping/delivery.

Shipping times are based on commercial locations. Residential deliveries or shipments to rural areas may take longer. We do not guarantee the delivery performance of any carrier, however we will be glad to assist in the tracking of packages that are not received in a timely manner. Our primary carrier is UPS Ground.

Rush delivery is available. The charges will vary depending on your special needs. Please call us for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select UPS shipping charges. Note, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Please be sure to provide us with a complete and correct street address. UPS does not accept P.O. Boxes and they charge a minimum of $5.00 for address corrections.

Local delivery: We have partnered with Lasership Couriers to hand deliver gifts within the Richmond area. Generally, we offer next day delivery on orders placed by 11:00 am. We will also schedule deliveries for later dates to meet your needs. Delays may occur during peak holiday times.

Same Day
Any order that is placed and to be delivered on the same day is defined as a same day delivery. For example, if you place your order Monday morning and would like your gift to be delivered Monday afternoon this is a same day delivery. Same day delivery is available for local deliveries only. Please note that delivery charges will increase ($20.00 or $25.00 depending on location of delivery). If your gift needs to be shipped rather than delivered locally, we can ship via an expedited method. However, shipping charges will increase, so please contact for a quote (804-897-8965).

Delivery Time
All local deliveries to business addresses will arrive by 5PM. Residential addresses will be delivered by 7PM.

Time Sensitive
If you need your order delivered to a local address by a certain time, please contact us with details so we may set up the on demand delivery with Lasership.

Hospitals
We hand deliver to all area hospitals (Chippenham, Johnston-Willis, Memorial Regional, MCV, Henrico Doctor’s Parham & Skipwith, St. Mary’s, St. Francis and Richmond Community). However, we are unable to ship to hospitals via UPS. By the time the package is received and delivered within the hospital, often times the patient has been discharged. As always, we will be happy to ship the gift to a home or business address.

Wrong Address
Please be careful when submitting information. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided. However, we can redeliver your gifts to the correct address for an additional delivery charge.
