Can I create a "Taylor Made" basket?
Absolutely! Our designers have put our collections together to represent some of the most popular themes and selections; in many cases they fit the bill perfectly. However, if you would like to make substitutions, additions or even start from scratch to create something more suited to your recipient and/or occasion, please call and a designer will be more than happy to work with you to create the perfect Taylor Made gift!
How does my gift arrive?
All of our gifts are shipped via UPS or hand delivered. Taylor Made for You ships anywhere in the continental United States via UPS Ground Service. Upon request, we can arrange for expedited shipping. If you would like this option, let us know and we will call you with a quote. We do not ship internationally at this time. We can also arrange for hand delivery in the greater Richmond, Virginia area. Hand delivery is available in the greater Richmond area. Please note that we cannot ship or deliver gifts to P.O. Box and APO addresses.
When will my gift arrive?
We process all orders within 24-48 hours of when we received them. Please reference the UPS chart for transit times on items shipped. UPS does not deliver on weekends or on federal holidays.
Does the cost of the gift include delivery/shipping?
No. Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the gift cost.
What if I need my gift delivered more quickly?
Same day delivery is available for local deliveries only. Same day delivery orders need to be placed by 12pm EST. to go out that same day!
Can I ship a gift to someone in the hospital?
We hand deliver to all Richmond area hospitals (Chippenham, Johnston-Willis, Retreat, Henrico Doctor's Forest Campus, Henrico Doctor's Parham Campus, MCV/VCU Health Systems, Memorial Regional, Richmond Community, St. Francis, St. Mary's). Unfortunately we are unable to ship to hospitals outside the greater Richmond, Virginia area via UPS. Often, by the time the package is received and delivered within the hospital, the patient has been discharged and gone home. As always, we will be happy to ship the gift to a home or business address.
What if I give you the wrong address?
Please be careful when submitting information. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses provided. We can redeliver your gifts to the correct address, you will incur an additional delivery charge.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What if items in my basket are out-of-stock?
Due to availability and supply limitations, Taylor Made For You, Inc. reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value. If your basket selection is out of stock we will notify you so you can make another selection.
How late can I place an order for shipping?
Orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped that business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed for the next business day. (For example, an order placed on Monday at 11:30 PM EST will be shipped out on Monday. An order placed at 4:15PM EST on Monday will be shipped out on Tuesday.)
How much does it cost to use the local delivery service offered by Taylor Made For You, Inc. instead of UPS?
Areas where hand delivery is available are listed below. Please note, all deliveries to businesses are delivered by 5PM unless otherwise specified. Deliveries to residential addresses are delivered by 7PM. Local area Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge if order is placed before 2PM on Friday. Please call for a price quote.

Do you have a showroom where I can view your baskets and products?
Yes, our showroom is open to the public and we love visitors! Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. Our showroom if fully stocked with all the products we use in our gift baskets including Virginia products, gourmet foods, wine, gift products and so much more. You may select from our pre-made baskets that are wrapped and ready to go, or you may work with one of our designers to create your own customized, one of a kind creation!
Do you carry wine?
Yes, we do! We carry a wide variety of wines, and are happy to add them to most baskets. We have a VA ABC License to sell but can not ship at this time. We can Only locally hand deliver wine. We also have to verify the person signing for the gift is at least 21 years of age. Baskets containing wine require a signature and cannot be left without one. We recommend you send to a business address when possible or alert recipient that a delivery is coming that requires a signature.
Taylor Made for You offers a wide variety of wines to fit any occasion. Our selections are always changing, call for current selections. We also have multiple relationships with a number of wine distributors and are happy to get special bottles for you, just call and ask!
We always have a good selection of red, white, blush and sparkling wine to choose from in wide range of price points. We can accommodate anyone's pallet.

Refund/Return Policy:
